​Hey I'm Steph! I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Boxing Coach and Nutritionist, with a BSc in Human Nutrition from London Metropolitan University. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for many years, I've built a passion for helping others gain confidence with exercise and achieve their health goals. I specialise in strength training, boxing, weight loss and nutritional deficiencies.

My client base consists of both men and women of all ages, I specifically love helping women build confidence in the gym and find a love for exercise!
