​Hey I'm Steph. I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist, with a BSc in Human Nutrition
from London Metropolitan University. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for many
years, I've built a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. I specialise in weight loss,
sports nutrition, nutritional deficiencies and building healthy relationships with food.
I currently work as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, specifically helping women
build confidence in the gym and shape their eating habits to reach their goals.
