Steph works in the fitness industry and has built a clientele helping individuals with weight loss, nutritional deficiencies and overall health. Her work includes personal training, boxing coaching and nutrition coaching.

 

She has previously worked with organisations such as Holland and Barrett, completed article research for BDA (British Dietetic Association and the NHS at an inpatient eating disorder unit.
